Imad Wasim chosed to retire and say Goodbye to International Cricket

Imad Wasim chosed to retire and say goodbye to international cricket. He decided not to represent Pakistan in all types of Cricket.

It was the twitter now known as X where he declared his settlement about his retirement. On X, he expressed his gratitude towards PCB and all his fellow team players along with his followers and public fans  for massive love and support.

It were 66 T20Is and 55 ODIs where Imad Wasim was appeared and that he played for Pakistan and it were 109 total wickets that he picked up and 1472 runs that he was able to score.

If we talk about his ODI career, it were 986 runs that he scored while playing cricket and 44 were the wickets that he picked up while bowling. If we talk about his last ODI Match, it was the Zimbabwe Team he faced in 2020.

It were 486 runs that he was able to score in T20Is while batting and 65 were the wickets that he picked up while bowling in 66 T20I Matches. It was the New Zealand Team that he face in his last T20I Match in 2023.

Pakistan won the title of champion trophy for one time in the history of Cricket and luckily Imad Wasim was the part of that champion trophy in 2017.

If we talk about his batting style, he chosed to bat with his left hand and when it's time bowl, he was the left arm spin bowler.

If we talk about his record, he was the 2nd number All Rounder in ICC Rankings of Players on the basis of their performance.

After all this announcement of retirement, one thing you all should be clear about is that he will not play through Pakistan Side but he will play all the T20 and T10 Leagues.

In his tweet on X, Imad Wasim paid his gratitude to PCB and his fans who love watching him playing. He said when he was playing and representing Pakistan in all types of Cricket was like an honour for him.

PCB didn't remain silent on his retirement and came into play and paid gratitude to Imad Wasim for playing and representing Pakistan for years. 

PCB told to his Cricket Fans that Imad Wasim remained a great player and he contributed alot in Pakistan's Victory in different important matches. 

PCB further said that all the management of PCB is showing thankfulness to Imad Wasim for being a very important part of Pakistan Cricket.
